Biography
Aline De Bona, born in 1976 in
Rio/Brazil, 6th daughter of 7, mother of 3 sons and 2 granddaughters.
Her professional life began in Brazil in the real estate industry, later, she delved into entrepreneurship with her imported products store and management of her 2 Kiosks on Barra da Tijuca beach in Rio, called "BrasSuiça".
Having lived in Switzerland for 27 years, perfectly integrated, she speaks fluent German. And her career took other directions. She graduated as a nursing assistant from SRK, a profession she practiced for a few years, in parallel with managing her catering company “Noites Cariocas” which livened up the nights and parties in Bern, the capital of Switzerland.
She also has several trainings in the field of Aesthetics, a profession she currently practices as a freelancer in her Studio in Bern/Switzerland.
His strength is communication and interaction with the public, therefore, he gained a lot of experience working in restaurants and commerce, he was assistant purchasing manager for a large supermarket chain and worked as assistant manager at the Swarovski store in Bern.
Human development and writing have always enchanted her. Aline took several courses, including Reiki and Numerology, and obtained training in Speaker, Coach and Writing. In addition, she trained in CEH (humanized emotional coach) and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming).
With these lessons learned in the area of self-knowledge and emotional intelligence, she mainly changed her own "mindset" by making a career transition.
Through her company “Life Coach”, she released her autobiographical book entitled «Beirando a Madness”. She works as a Writing, Goals and Objectives coach/mentor, in addition to being a specialist speaker in Emotional Intelligence.
Aline is an official member of ALALS (Luso-Swiss Academy of Letters and Arts) and the Cultural Entity “Rede Sem Fronteiras” which opened several doors to the world of Literature and Culture. With her stories and examples of overcoming and resilience, Aline aims to impact people's lives, showing that, if she can do it, everyone who really wants to can do it too. As she often says, she is looking for the best version of herself and intends to reach as many people as possible with her stories!
My story
Story of Aline De Bona
Carioca, the 6th daughter of 7 in the Sá de Almeida family, was the last to come to Switzerland. Her 4 sisters already lived in Europe and brought her to Switzerland to celebrate her 15th birthday and the wedding of one of the sisters that would take place in Austria.
She was enchanted by Switzerland and decided to live there, without knowing it, using the "Law of Attraction" in which she now believes and makes constant use in her life. The trip to Switzerland happened when, at the age of 18, she went on vacation again, she met the man who became the father of her children after they got married when Aline was 19 years old. She married a Swiss and had 3 beautiful children, a very good and safe life, her sisters close by, family and friends. She had a very good life in which she took care of her children, house, husband, and her family's well-being.
Her husband spoke Portuguese, had his sisters and many friends and was very popular. She didn't feel the need to integrate because she lived in her little "Brazilian world". She even took a German course but didn't learn because she didn't train, until life showed the other side, life, impermanent as it is, showed her that nothing would be constant, unfortunately she needed pain to learn and evolve. Her mother fell ill in Brazil and the doctor called the family and warned them that she had little time to live. Aline, with her 2 youngest children, spent 2 months in Brazil trying to make my mother's last days as light as possible. During that time, another "took" her place with the father of her children. She returned to Switzerland and in the same week she lost her wedding in Switzerland and her mother in Brazil. She understood the meaning of "Sand Castle". She knew depression and all kinds of challenges and pains. She "fled" to Brazil thinking she would live better there, but pure mistake, she returned after 6 months.
When she returned, life was also difficult because she didn't know how to live here (Switzerland), so she went back to live with her husband, but this time, she thought about growing up, turning things around, preparing herself for life.
She studied German, this time, to truly integrate, then she took the nursing assistant course, which at the time was what she could do with her knowledge of German.
Later, she opened her own Catering in partnership with her husband and sister, with Brazilian specialties, including food, drinks, including Brazilian wine, entertainment and music. She brought a piece of Brazil to Bern. In addition to organizing parties and events, she also brought Brazilian cinema and Gafieira classes. They founded the "Clube Tropicalíssimo" which organized parties such as Carnival with a costume contest worth tickets to Brazil, June parties with rehearsed square dancing and a New Year's Eve party. And "Noites Cariocas" which brought the sound of the bar and snacks.
In addition to working hard on her own ventures, she was looking for experience working in other catering, party and restaurant companies.
She always did and did what was within her power to do and be, whether in terms of family, finances, integration, language... but she had never stopped to think about what she really wanted for her life. She understood that she did all that to please people, provide moments of happiness, she was grateful for that and became well known, but it was very tiring and didn't truly fulfill her, so much so that she ended a party today, tired, saying that she would never I would do it again, but the next day I started planning the next one, pure adrenaline, restlessness, everything to avoid facing the inner silence.
With the challenges of immigration, when life got tough and the divorce happened, the “Escape Mode” also came, causing her to go to Brazil to try to live there 3 times, and she says that it was as if she felt on the “Line of Ecuador”, she no longer knew where she belonged.
She was always looking to start a business there, she had a commercial store and a kiosk on Barra da Tijuca beach which were also painful learning experiences, she suffered extortion and discovered for the first time in her life, debts and financial despair, she found out the hard way that it would be reckless trust people.
She faced obesity and with it a surgery that changed everything in terms of health in her life. After several ups and downs in life, she discovered, with the help of therapies and the study of some philosophies, the true meaning of life, she immersed herself in the search for self-knowledge and took several courses, at first, all with the purpose of personal healing, as well as The more she discovered herself and life became lighter, the more she discovered her purpose.
After she applied the Coach's self-knowledge techniques, and understood how life worked, why she did what she did, why she thought the way she thought, why she hadn't gotten anywhere before... It was so liberating that she finally began to give herself the right to to dream, understanding that she was where she was as a result of her own choices and that if she wanted to reach other levels it would only depend on herself. She understood that, to obtain new results, it would also be necessary to make new choices!
Eureka! After that, she took new training courses, finally wrote her first book, the result of her own application of what she had learned from therapies and the Coach, to heal a passion that ended in a book, realizing her first dream and opening doors to kickstart your success and career transition.
Through the Coach's techniques and tools, she shows people how to find within themselves who they are, with the aim of having them recognize their own capabilities and also their weaknesses. As a Coach, she helps people find their their life goals and set clear goals to achieve them.
She also gives motivational talks based on her life stories that encourage people to go in search of the "Best version of themselves" by discovering their life goals and setting clear goals to achieve them.
Through her writing, she encourages people to write using therapeutic writing, which consists of writing to heal, a technique applied to writing her own autobiographical book.
And her work and effort began to be noticed and new doors to open, new people and projects happening or about to be carried out, and they are:
Aline launched her autobiographical romance/self-help book “Beirando a Loucura” in several cities in Switzerland and some countries in Europe, as the main example, the renowned literary fairs: Geneva Book Fair by Helvetia Editora and at the 93rd Book Fair in Lisbon, through the cultural entity “Rede Sem Fronteiras” of which she is an official member, also in Lisbon, she participated in the inauguration at ALALS, the Portuguese-Swiss Academy of Letters and Arts in which she became an Academician.
With great pride, she is part of the co-author of the book, Collection "Sem Fronteiras pelo Mundo" in its 8th edition, created by the cultural entity Rede Sem Fronteiras of which Aline is a member. The book was launched in September in Lisbon/Portugal at the entity's 10th anniversary celebration and will be presented at the 94th Book Fair in May/June 2024.
Aline was awarded as the "Best Brazilian Writer in the World", a title she carries with great pride after being awarded by High Profile magazine. The award ceremony took place in September 2023 in London, for the first time in history, inside the British Palace, where the most successful Brazilians in the world were awarded, allowing her to take home the award for best writer.
About being elected the Best Writer in the World Aline De Bona comments: “The emotion of being awarded in a Palace, and being around so many illustrious people, among them Queen Diambi Kabatusuila of Congo, from whom I received the trophy from her hands, as the dear model and businesswoman Luiza Brunet and also my dearest "Pavão" Rafael dos Santos, creator and organizer of the event and also to all Brazilians from different countries around the world in the various categories who were awarded at the same event, people who became dear and gained my admiration and respect, all of this was beyond my dreams, but it had come true!”
This same week, a cocktail party took place during a visit to the Consulate General of Brazil in London where we were warmly received by the consul, Mr João Alfredo.
She also modeled the fashions of several designers at “London Fashion Week”, among them, the outfits of Queen Diambi, who is also a designer, others such as beachwear, indigenous fashion, luxury accessories and chocolate shoe designs. Aline felt honored to model these brands and on the same catwalk as the beloved model "Luiza Brunet".
And at “Brazil World Fest” she launched her book in the UK, did an autograph and photo session and gave her talk "Best version of yourself".
After so much success in Europe, in November 2023, it was time to launch her book “Beirando a Loucura” in Brazilian lands, and for this, Aline hired a team linked to the movement and with access to Pablo’s “International Platform”. Marçal, as he is the mentor she looks up to most.
In addition to successfully launching her book, Aline was invited to participate in a new project and readily accepted, to be one of the co-authors of the book “The Essência dos Escolhos” by the creator Fábio Garufe, the launch of the work took place in Alphaville on the stage of “International Platform”, thus realizing yet another dream of hers, of being in the middle of this movement of entrepreneurship and growth.
She took advantage of her one month stay to get to know the structures, partners, attend several lectures and get to know people she already had a lot of respect and admiration for, such as Pablo's incredible “Ironman” partners who were all on stage telling their stories of overcoming and resilience, an event created by the beloved Marcelo Lopes.
Aline says that she lived a golden year, that she lived experiences never experienced before, dreamed but not idealized….
The launches, partnerships, awards, trips, crowned with great style all the work she did in 2023 promoting her book and giving her lectures.
Regarding projects for 2024, in view of the public’s great interest, she is launching her mentorship “This Story Deserves a Book, Why Not…?! a mentorship that will take people through all the steps of creating the first book, after synthesizing and uncomplicating, all the paths she took, paths that involved a lot of struggle and cost her dearly, due to the lack of experience, and the people of bad faith that made it difficult, she is preparing this course so that anyone can write their own book providing all the assistance they need. She is structuring this Mentoring, with an incredible team of professionals, in which they will take the writer's hand to help them create their own book together.
Furthermore, she works as a Humanized Emotional Coach, with the aim of teaching people to seek the "Best Version of themselves", as her schedule is very tight, this work is also in the upgrade phase, so that it can also be carried out in groups and online and will become an easy-to-understand online course.
And the translation of the book “Beirando a Loucura” into German, English and Spanish took place at the Geneva Book Fair at the Stands of Editora Helvetia, which awarded it with the “VIII Helvetic-Brazilian Talents 2024” award and at the Stand “E- Linia Brandt” who also awarded her the “Swiss Awards Conexões que Resplandecem” from Revista Conexão.
Also sponsored by “Conexão” Magazine, she was invited to model, representing Integrative fashion by designer Gloria Bispo from Norway. Aline is already a 40+ model for this designer, following whenever possible. She says that, for a former obese woman, it is an honor and a victory to have become a model after the age of 40, proving to herself and to anyone who wants to follow that it is never too late to take care of yourself and find the best version of yourself!
And the year started in style with the “Troféu Destaque 2024” award sponsored by CK Produções which took place at the renowned “Hotel Dolden” in Zurich, in which she was awarded directly by the hands of the famous “Rodrigo Faro” having her work again released in several places, now also through Rede Record Internacional.
By invitation, in May 2023 she will be presenting her book “Beirando a Loucura” and its translated versions at the FLILP Literary Fair in London, where she will be interviewed by her newest advisor “Rikardo Pérolas” who is the presenter of a program on SBT , producer, businessman and Artist Ambassador in more than 20 countries, a new partnership that promises to take her to new directions in promoting her work.
Afterwards, Aline will be present once again at the “94th Lisbon Book Fair”, again in pavilion H40 of the cultural entity “Rede sem Fronteiras” where, in addition to once again presenting her book “Beirando a Loucura” in at different times at the fair, as well as her translations, she will be officially participating in the presentation of the Collection “Sem Fronteiras around the world” in which she is one of the co-authors and will be honored at an honors dinner offered by Rede Sem Fronteiras.
In July, Aline will be back in London, at the Brazilian Consulate, for the launch of the collection “O Poder da Voz Feminina na Literatura” by Sueli Lopes, talking about her “Example” as a woman “Maye Musk”. And regarding this project, Aline was invited to be its Ambassador on Helvetic soil, also for launch at the Brazilian consulate in Zürich.
And soon Aline will bring more information about her second book, equally autobiographical that she is writing, the release is scheduled for the end of 2024.
Launches, autograph afternoons, motivational talks, courses and mentoring, there are many projects that are no longer dreams and are becoming reality, thanks to your effort and dedication.
She discovered that time is relative, many ask her how she finds time to do everything at the same time and Aline often says that, “for everything that really matters to us and is part of a goal, we make time, so whoever does the time, we are ourselves!”
She also says that all of this only became possible because she left her “Comfort Zone” which had never been “Comfortable” and took action, did what needed to be done, trained herself, studied day and night, listened to lectures , online courses, audiobooks… to get trained, she mentions some of her favorites:
She took courses with Ricardo Piovan and John Viudes on Leadership and Writing / Humanized Emotional Coach / Speaker / Master Coach / NLP and several incredible professionals in the field.
She is a follower of Pablo Marçal who is a great mentor/speaker in her view, as well as her best examples and inspiration in the area of motivation, personal and intellectual development, philosophy and neuroscience such as: Paulo Vieira, Leandro Karnal, Mario Sergio Cortella, Thiago Brunnet , Claudio Duarte, Joel Jotta, Pedro Calabrez and others.
Aline thinks it's important to mention the names of these doctors, professors, philosophers and thinkers who contribute to its growth.
In her final words, she says: “I want to reach the world's stages, I want to continue telling my stories of overcoming, motivating people and showing them that if I can do it, everyone can and what power lies within each one, just put yourself into action!
